get to know me
I have had a camera in my hand since my teens. Six years ago, I officially opened my business and never thought it would turn into such an amazing career filled with such special people! Photography has always been a love of mine and I am so humbled to be able to provide joy to other people. As a photographer, I try to capture as many memories as possible and keep those special moments from running away. During your sessions , I want you to remember the laughs, the sweet looks amongst one another and the genuine smiles.

I am a professional photographer based in a small town in the heart of the Texas Hill Country serving the Central Texas communities. When I am not snapping photos of folks, you will find me managing our family ranch in Lampasas, TX, riding our horses with my kiddos, and finding adventures. I have always loved photographs and the emotions they make me feel. I subconsciously fear I will forget a moment or memory, therefore, I am extremely dedicated to capturing all the magical moments in life, big or small.

Hi ya'll, I'm Susan and the photographer behind the business! I am a wife and a mom of two kiddos. When I am not photographing sessions.... my daughters and I compete on our two mares in NRHA events. We live and manage a farm in Lampasas, TX that we also open to clients if they wish to be surrounded by untouched scenic countryside! I always have a coffee in hand to fuel my days and usually you can find me chasing the sun to capture that gorgeous glow in my photos!

My 2 year old doesn’t do well around “strangers” so I was worried that my daughter wouldn’t do well with the photo session. Susan was amazing to work with. She easily engaged and interacted with my daughter. She was always quick to respond to emails as well. The pictures that she captured are simply amazing. Susan captured the joy of my daughter and for that I couldn’t be more thankfully. The turn round time for us to receive our pictures was incredibly quick. If you are looking for an amazingly sweet photographer I highly recommend Susan!

I have two daughters who both live and breathe horses as well as compete in NRHA events. They love to care for our farm chickens and you will find them at some of my photo sessions being very helpful assistants (always guarantee some laughter or help perk horses ears up).

My handsome hunk of a hubby and I met each other in college at Sam Houston State University. We are complete opposites...he is an italian new yorker and I have lived in Texas my entire life. He's my number one cheerleader & a constant supporter of every single crazy idea that pops in my head! After having out two daughters, documenting our lives together was what really motivated me to start this business!
how we met
My husband and I had always dreamed of moving to the countryside to raise our kids in the dirt and sunshine! When the opportunity opened up to move to our family ranch in Lampasas, TX, we jumped onto the opportunity and have never looked back. IF YOU CRAVE UNTOUCHED FIELDS AND SCENIC HILLS IN THE HEART OF THE TX HILL COUNTRY, OUR RANCH IS OPEN TO ALL MY CLIENTS FOR PHOTO SESSIONS.
